1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly during registration (name, email address, password), account connection metadata (authorized Meta/Instagram user IDs, Page IDs, and OAuth access tokens), and audience lead information captured through your link-in-bio forms.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used strictly to provide, maintain, and optimize Linkro services: routing automated Instagram DMs via official webhooks, logging subscriber contacts, rendering your link-in-bio storefront, and securing platform operations.
3. Data Storage & Infrastructure
Relational data (users, automation rules, email leads) is stored in enterprise-grade managed PostgreSQL databases hosted on Supabase in AWS Asia-South1 (Mumbai). Media assets are securely stored via Google Cloud / Firebase Storage with AES-256 encryption at rest.
4. No Selling of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data or your audience email leads to third parties or advertising brokers. Your audience list belongs exclusively to you and can be exported at any time.
5. Meta Platform Data Handling
Instagram webhook payloads and access tokens are handled strictly in accordance with Meta Data Policy. Tokens are encrypted and used only to execute actions explicitly configured by the creator.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You may request full deletion of your Linkro account and all associated PostgreSQL records by emailing privacy@linkro.app or using the account deletion control in your settings dashboard.
