1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, connecting your Instagram account, or using any Linkro services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Platform Description
Linkro is a creator automation and audience monetization platform. We provide tools for automated Instagram direct messages, comment responses, email lead capture, and link-in-bio storefronts. We do not operate or control third-party social networks such as Meta/Instagram.
3. Instagram & Meta API Compliance
Creators must comply with Meta Platform Policies and Community Guidelines. Linkro interacts with Instagram exclusively via official Meta Graph API webhooks and authorized endpoints. You agree not to use Linkro for deceptive messaging, unauthorized spam, harassment, or distribution of malicious materials.
4. Account Security & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at security@linkro.app of any unauthorized use or security breach.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Linkro offers both free and paid Pro subscription tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard settings, effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
6. Content Ownership & Rights
You retain full intellectual property ownership of all copy, media, lead magnets, and materials you upload to Linkro. You grant Linkro a non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to store, process, and transmit your materials as necessary to operate the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Linkro or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, social network API outages, or loss of audience data.
